房間很温馨，20層，住在繁華熱鬧的地方，樓下就是小吃街，對面就是三街兩巷，又熱鬧，好吃的很多，風景很美，房東該給孩子送了很多小掛件，超級貼心，下次來還會住到這裏，還有電影院，相當方便。

Wan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

La cocina estaba bien equipada y nos pareció conveniente preparar nuestras propias comidas cuando nos sentíamos como quedarse en el hotel. El balcón era un gran lugar para afuera con amigos, con un cómodo asiento y una vista inviable al agua.
En general, esta estancia era perfecta para una relajada y divertida cabaña con amigos.

Tras tomar el autobús de Yangshuo a Xingping, me alegré de encontrar este hotel a solo dos minutos a pie de la terminal. Fue un poco complicado encontrar el vestíbulo, pero al entrar en el edificio encontré al amable personal en la tercera planta. La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba a pocos minutos del casco antiguo y del río Li. Tuve un pequeño problema con la calefacción, pero por lo demás, la estancia fue muy cómoda. Fue una excelente opción teniendo en cuenta la ubicación.
