I recently had the pleasure of staying at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店), and it was an exceptional experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, cozy, and welcoming stay. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place. First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort. The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en Guilin. La habitación era estupenda, con bañera propia (perfecta para nuestro hijo pequeño, que se bañaba encantado casi todos los días) y terraza con vistas espectaculares de la ciudad. Ideal para una tarde relajada después de un largo día explorando la ciudad. El desayuno chino también estaba delicioso.

Amazing Beachfront Stay in Beihai I recently stayed at a beach view hotel in Beihai with a few friends, and the experience was fantastic! The room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the ocean right from our balcony—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bathtub facing the ocean was an absolute treat, allowing us to unwind while enjoying the incredible sunset. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we found it convenient to prepare our own meals when we felt like staying in. The hotel is located just steps from the beach, so we were able to enjoy the sand and sea without any hassle. The balcony was a great spot to hang out with friends, with comfortable seating and an unbeatable view of the water. Overall, this stay was perfect for a relaxing and fun getaway with friends. Highly recommended if you're looking for a beachside retreat with all the comforts of home!

La habitación era espaciosa y tenía un ambiente genial: estaba en un edificio alto, rodeada de muchos restaurantes, a unos 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y a 10 minutos a pie de la estación de Nanning. El servicio estuvo bien: reservé con un día de antelación y el dueño me dejó ver la habitación primero. Si no me convenía, podía cancelar la reserva. Esta es la forma correcta de proceder: avísame con antelación y cancela la reserva si no me convenía. Las instalaciones estaban bien: había un proyector, la luz del techo de la entrada no funcionaba, solo había focos en toda la habitación y no había luz en el techo del balcón. El baño tenía un inodoro en cuclillas. El único inconveniente fue que la ducha estaba instalada demasiado baja, lo que hacía muy incómodo ducharse. ¡El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y era silencioso! Proporcionaron una tabla de cortar, un cuchillo, ollas, tazones, palillos y cucharas. También había una placa de inducción y una olla arrocera. Lo peor fue la limpieza: como no la hacían a diario (no estaba indicado en la plataforma), me quedé dos días y medio. Sobre las 14:00 del segundo día, no había venido el personal de limpieza. Contacté al dueño, quien me dijo que enviaría a alguien de la limpieza. Esperé media hora, pero el personal seguía sin aparecer. Contacté al dueño, pero me dijeron que ya no hacía falta limpiar. ¡Iba a salir a jugar! Por lo demás, está bien; ¡el jefe incluso me prestó un paraguas cuando salimos a jugar!

Tras tomar el autobús de Yangshuo a Xingping, me alegré de encontrar este hotel a solo dos minutos a pie de la terminal. Fue un poco complicado encontrar el vestíbulo, pero al entrar en el edificio encontré al amable personal en la tercera planta. La habitación era muy espaciosa y estaba a pocos minutos del casco antiguo y del río Li. Tuve un pequeño problema con la calefacción, pero por lo demás, la estancia fue muy cómoda. Fue una excelente opción teniendo en cuenta la ubicación.

Muy bonita habitación de paisaje marino, en el séptimo piso, se puede ver en todas direcciones puertos y playas, el cuarto es grande, alrededor de 30 planos, la higiene limpia no tiene olor, se limpia sin impresión. El estacionamiento es conveniente, el coche es suficiente, hay muchas cajas de comidas allí, puede comer polvo especial de Guangxi y frutas de mar, así como grandes rankings de frutas de mar, y es conveniente para comer. También es conveniente ir a Dongxing. La estación de gasolina de la ciudad es demasiado pequeña para caminar por más de media hora, esto no tiene nada que ver con el hotel. El servicio de la recepción es paciente, la estancia es la introducción de un corazón cálido y cuidadoso, y elogio.

The apartment is very well located and the price is good. Owners are nice, and even if they don't speak English we can talk through a translation app. Communication was also fluid through WeChat and the translation tool. The apartment it self was very clean when we arrived and the cleaning was done everything day. The only pain point, that are not directly linked to the room, is that the corridor is often dirty (but that's because of the neighbors I guess) and the elevator takes a long time to come. It's a pretty old building... But on the overall, it was quite nice so we extended our stay there! Thank you !
