Este condominio se construye de los antiguos edificios industriales de la ciudad de Quebec. La calidad es muy buena. Se ha limpiado perfectamente. No hay recepción (la recepción está en otro edificio) que es un poco molesto en los llegados tardíos (en ese caso, sólo una persona trabaja allí, trata con las personas, el teléfono, etc.). En el edificio, se reunirían de vez en cuando el equipo de limpieza, que es muy agradable y listo para ayudar. No hay nada en el lado de la comida, excepto sal y pimienta, así que tienes que ir a los supermercados cerca para obtener los artículos básicos. El lugar es bastante tranquilo. Hay sin hogar alrededor, eso es cierto, pero no hay agresivo en absoluto. La ciudad vieja no está lejos, caminando ni utilizando uno de los muchos autobuses que bajaban el edificio. La vista es agradable. El dormitorio puede ser demasiado caliente, ya que el a/c está en el salón, y pulsa el aire a través de un tubo en el dormitorio (las cortinas son negras, por lo que esto no ayuda). El precio por noche puede ser alto, siempre más alto que en algunos hoteles agradables (200 a 300 CAD + impuesto y más por noche), pero el condominio ofrece espacio y puede cocinar. Tienes que encontrar tus productos. En el caso de los condones, no hay bases (por ejemplo especias, aceite, algunas pestañas si quieres lavarte, etc.). El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, el equipo es bueno, no tuve problemas durante las 6 noches que me quedé allí. Creo que podríamos tener un poco más de servicios por el precio (en comparación con otros ramas que utilizan el mismo concepto, por ejemplo).

The hotel locates opposite to a small garden with quiet neighbourhood. Yet it's close to bus stops and eateries. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, while the Metro Station Peel is 30 minutes away by foot. The room was spacious, equipped with sufficient kitchenettes, a sofa, dinning table with chairs, and washing machine. However one should be reminded only to book the room with garden view. Otherwise you would has to pull the curtain down always in order to keep your privacy from the next building. Please be aware that a reachable phone no. is necessary for registration online. No luggage storage before check in, nor after check out.

The good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families. Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good.

No hay limpieza de habitación y servicio a tiempo durante las tres noches que nos quedamos. Pero todo parece nuevo y limpio. Ofrecen suficientes tejidos, papel higiénico y tabletas de lavado incluso. El hotel está cerca del tráfico, cómodo pero muy ruido. Pero es definitivamente bastante caliente y no será tan cómodo sin aire acondicionado en el clima caliente.

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests.

Everything went well with the stay, room was clean. It would have been nice if they could have provided atleast two bottles of water. Apart from that it was a good stay.

Me and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me. The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well. Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊

All self served, easy access, free car park, but room is noisy cos it’s only 2nd floor, felt like next to the road, lots of bus/car and wind noise, no facilities but easy reach to mall nearby, location is good only if you are arrived by car, very smelly oily cooking smell flooded in room, I believe from the ventilation system from downstairs or flats cooking in the same building, very bad smell and choking and makes us hard to sleep. Few towel with stains and bedsheet felt like unchanged. Other than the above, it’s spacious but a little bit over priced.
