En primer lugar, gracias por la actualización gratuita. La ubicación es también muy grande, justo en el centro de la ciudad.
Sin embargo, las instalaciones de ducha podrían mejorarse, especialmente el champú y lavado del cuerpo, y el pasta de dientes parecía bastante confuso (afortunadamente, traje mi propio). El sonido tampoco es ideal, ya que podía oír al par en la próxima habitación hablando, y me sentí un poco incómodo usando el baño y golpeando ‑ secar mi pelo después de volver tarde de un concierto.
El tiempo de comprobación ‑in es bastante rígido a las 4 p.m. , aunque te permiten retrasar el comprobado ‑in hasta las 7:30 p.m. Estaba confundido porque esperaba más de 10 minutos en el edificio original (antes de la actualización) y no estaba seguro si el receptor me iba a recoger. Sin embargo, una vez que nos conocimos, el receptor fue muy amable y explicó claramente las instalaciones y comprobó los procedimientos ‑out.
En general, a pesar de las estrictas reglas y de las cuestiones menores, me gustaba la habitación y tuve una estadía feliz.

Es el colegio, nuevo. Esta suite tiene cuatro dormitorios, usamos dos, y otros dos se bloquean sin necesidad. La sala es grande y las instalaciones son prácticas. El desayuno es bueno, comí mucho 😀

本來看評論，不太想去的，但是還是去了，孩子們非常喜歡，因為像在家一樣，他們可以有自己的活動空間！兩個房間，加一個小廚房！就是沒有咖啡喝，沒有吹風機，不過還好啦，還能順便逛一下校園！

UUsuario invitadoI’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

AAlicia York-BirdI've visited the Business Inn several times now, and I keep coming back due to the friendly customer service, the comprehensive breakfast buffet, the competitive pricing and its convenient location to where I want to be in downtown Ottawa.
The rooms are older and maybe not as fancy or contemporary as a Four Seasons or Hilton property, but if you're looking for a family friendly and safe budget-minded place that does its best to provide a great experience, then this is the one.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es un lugar muy bonito, pero es un lugar muy limpio. La casa de baño está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. También decidimos no tocar la cocina porque el quemador estaba roto y no queríamos causar un incendio o algo así. En general, fue decente para una estancia de una noche, pero necesitan disparar al limpiador porque creo que es una fácil reparación ser un mejor lugar para permanecer.

UUsuario invitadoAmazing location! My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were able to get a lot of things in Downtown done as the hotel is super close to Union Station. Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc.

LLauren JingFor the amount of space you get, this place is an excellent bargain. We had two bedrooms (each with a large desk, desk chair, TV, and cabinets), a kitchen area, and bathroom all for a very low price. The whole space was very clean and well maintained. We would have appreciated if the kitchen was a little more stocked, at least with a few cutlery, cups, and plates. We booked this place because we were flying out of Toronto airport the next day, and since our flight was later in the day, we were hoping we could store our luggage in the lobby and explore the area a bit. However luggage storage was not provided, and the receptionist didn't have any suggestions on other options. Otherwise we had a great time relaxing in our rooms, and appreciated the great desk space and comfortable beds before our flight.
