El hotel huele a la carpeta, el edificio es viejo y necesita un reemplazo total de la carpeta. Cuando entramos en nuestra habitación. Huele como blanquecino en todas partes. Debemos abrir la ventana para que se vaya. El hotel dispone de una habitación decente y el baño y la casa de baño están separados donde no hay bañera de mano para usar después de usar el baño si alguien está usando el ducha o el baño. También me gusta la ubicación porque está cerca del transporte público, el tranvía y las tiendas libres, incluso las universidades. La cocina está completa con herramientas de cocina y pantalones. El café, té y leche gratis. Las toallas se han dado 1 conjunto de botellas pequeñas, pero somos 4 personas reservadas.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de cuatro habitaciones para unas vacaciones en el centro de la ciudad con otra familia. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de todo y con una parada de tranvía justo enfrente. La habitación era bastante espaciosa, tranquila y a un precio muy razonable. No es el apartamento más limpio en el que nos hemos alojado, pero está bien para el precio. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!). I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone. The beds were comfortable though! The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.

Sería bueno, excepto para las grandes ventanas occidentales que se enfrentan a la izquierda sin ciegos y un dispositivo eléctrico que desactiva el aire acondicionado cuando nadie está en la habitación. Así que llegamos a estirar calor, y un aire acondicionado que no realmente fresca las habitaciones, y no hay ventiladores ni ventanas en la habitación principal. La mayoría de las otras cosas eran buenas, pero tener una habitación cómoda es fundamental y el apartamento no es sólo para eso. Disfrutamos de la ubicación y la piscina. No podemos hablar realmente a los niveles de servicio porque no pedimos, esperamos o recibimos ninguna. Es un poco frustrante que el hotel sólo tuviera una reserva para 4 adultos cuando hicimos una reserva para 2A+ 3C en trip.com pero quién sabe quién era responsable de eso.

No recomendado para aquellos que valoran su seguridad y privacidad de datos personales. No se recomienda para los viajeros internacionales que no tengan suficientes gastos en sus teléfonos para completar 3 formularios, luego descargar y configurar una aplicación que requiere constantes conexiones a Internet y Bluetooth. La reserva requería múltiples métodos inseguros de compartir los detalles de la tarjeta de crédito y los documentos de identificación junto con 2 formularios para completar con los detalles personales y una aplicación para descargar para acceder a la entrada del edificio, Elevador y Apartamento. No me había dado ninguna de estas informaciones antes de la reserva. No me habría quedado aquí si hubiera sabido el grado de transmisión insegura de la información personal y la cantidad de administración y trabajo necesarios para entrar y permanecer una noche. La gestión está poniendo en riesgo los datos personales de los huéspedes con las solicitudes de documentación excesivas. FYI, exigir a alguien que envíe fotos de tarjetas de crédito y de identidad por correo electrónico es totalmente inseguro, lo que es extraño con la seguridad excesiva para entrar en el edificio. La necesidad constante de llevar su teléfono en todas partes o de estar cerrada del apartamento o incluso el edificio entero fue extremadamente estresante. En cuanto a la habitación real, una vez que entró, la cama, la cocina, el salón y los pisos estaban limpios, pero el baño no había sido limpiado durante mucho tiempo. No fue agradable. Puedes ver partes bajo el rim no habían sido limpias en años. La casa de baño no se había utilizado de forma adecuada en el momento de la llegada. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de Galicia, donde se encuentran las paredes de la ciudad de Galicia. La vista era agradable y el salón era grande, el estudio nook era muy útil para el trabajo remoto.

We stayed for one night and found the self-check-in and check-out process very easy and convenient. It was also great to have a dedicated parking space for each car. The interior was a bit loud, with a ”school trip” or ”auntie style” vibe, but everything was functional. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the heating mats in the bed, which were a nice touch for the colder weather. Overall, it was a good, practical stay.

Place was lovely for the 1 night I stayed there.

We really enjoyed our stay at Imagine Marco, Southbank. It felt like having our own little apartment in Melbourne, complete with a kitchen, microwave and oven, which was very useful during our stay. Just across the road is a small mall with Woolworths, an Asian supermarket and a Thai restaurant, making groceries and meals really convenient. Food delivery was easy too. Even though it’s apartment-style, basic housekeeping is done daily unless requested otherwise, which we appreciated. We were driving, so the chargeable on-site parking with direct access to the hotel levels was also a big plus — best to reserve in advance if possible. There’s also an outdoor pool and gym. Overall, a comfortable and convenient base for exploring Melbourne, and we would happily stay here again! 🇦🇺

I stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued! At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”. Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?! When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused. Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.
